Hi - I’m Lydia Wakefield-Yeung. Following a 16 year career enabling the professional and academic progression of others, I launched Planika Growth in 2024.

I am passionate about unlocking the potential of leaders, who are navigating significant periods of change in their careers and lives. Having personally navigated multiple career shifts, relocations, progressions, life experiences and new responsibilities, I understand the value of having a co-pilot to empower us to thrive.

I am a qualified Executive Coach (Henley Business School) and a member of ICF.
